Bomarzo and the Monster Park

In Bomarzo there is the “sacred forest”, known as the “Monster Park”, where you will admire the incredible stone sculptures depicting giant animals and mythological characters, the leaning house and all the wonders monstrous created in 1500 by the architect Pirro Ligorio.

Bomarzo is 39 Km from Amelia and can be reached through the Orte-Viterbo rail, exit Bomarzo.
