We offer you hospitality in a farmhouse of over 1,100 square meters with only 9 rooms, each different from the other and mostly with independent access.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Remember that among our options you always will find the flexible cancellation policy, you book and you can cancel without charge up to seven days before the arrival date. For all reservations, cancellation is free of charge even up to the day before arrival due to force majeure related to Coronavirus (such as closing of borders or regions, cancellation of flights).

ROOMS

Our rooms are safe at all times: they are cleaned and sanitized daily. After each departure and before the new arrival, all surfaces and accessories are sterilized with UV lamps. From the moment of your arrival, our staff is trained to assist you in all your needs and to make you spend a peaceful holiday.

RESTAURANT AND ATTRACTIONS

Our restaurant is organized on two inside veranda and one outdoor terrace: large spaces for a few guests. It is equipped for table service which will take place with the necessary distances, from breakfast to lunch, everything is ready and at dinner you will be protected and pampered in the best possible way. Choose your table on your arrival which will remain reserved for you throughout your whole stay. You can order every meal from our onlinemenus, including breakfast.

You can also have a picnic in our fields with delicious baskets that our chef will prepare for you.

The swimming pool is organized to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your relaxing holiday. Upon arrival, you will receive your seat on the lawn or on the terrace close the swimming pool, with umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers, which will remain at your exclusive disposal for the entire stay.

You can have a walk inside our estate of over 20 hectares, on the paths that run along the wheat fields, the olive grove, the pond, the orchard and the forest, on foot or by our e-bikes, without meeting anybody. We will be ready to suggest you the magical itineraries in the most beautiful villages in Umbria.
