Assisi

Assisi, birthplace of St. Francis, is one of the most beautiful cities of Umbria. To visit the Basilica of San Francesco, the Basilica of Santa Chiara, the church of San Pietro, the Cathedral, dedicated to the patron San Rufino.
On the municipality square of Assisi, we find the Palazzo dei Priori,  the thirteenth-century Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo and the temple of Minerva, built during the Augustan period.
