The cuisine of the Tenuta del Gallo offers an exceptional as well as traditional experience, to satisfy the most demanding and refined palates.
Our Chef will introduce you to the authentic flavours of the Italian cuisine as well as recipes of the Umbrian peasant tradition, carefully and finely elaborated.
In this charming farmhouse we respect the finest traditions, both in the creation of courses with ancient recipes and in the cultivation of agricultural products. You will taste the simple and delicious parfait made by Francesca, which is prepared by hand according to the recipe of my grandmother. But there is also an excellent modern cuisine that offers elaborate dishes that preserve the genuine flavors, because it’s the result of a careful selection of raw materials and of our passion for the beautiful and the good.
The dishes are prepared using the genuine products of the farm as well as local produce. The different varieties of sorbets and ice cream, bread, bread sticks and fresh pasta are meticulously prepared by hand. The menu also presents vegetarian options.
